OnEdu AI is the first learning environment on the market to have AI functionality developed in the system itself. It uses secure Microsoft Azure AI, so you can use it as part of your other Microsoft services with confidence. OnEdu’s developer, Mobie Ltd, is a Microsoft partner in the education sector in Finland.

The learning environment database is hosted either in the training provider’s own Azure environment, or on Mobie Oy’s Azure servers in Europe, and will not be used for training the AI language model. The service complies with all regulations and requirements for data protection and the use of AI in education. Mobie Ltd will always provide the customer with an approved Data Protection Information Assessment (DPIA) for its own OnEdu service, including a DPIA template for the customer’s contribution to facilitate this work.

Interfaces with Other Systems of the Education Provider

The system can be integrated with all other information systems of the education provider (for example Microsoft) through ready-made interfaces. OnEdu AI can be integrated with different kind of login systems, such as AD.

All Functionalities Securely in One System

OnEdu AI includes dozens of different tools for enriching and refining educational materials. They are all built into the learning environment for security reasons and all the data they produce is stored in the learning environment’s own database, unlike other learning environments where similar functionality is used on systems around the world and the content is simply embedded in the courses. Furthermore, the training provider does not have to pay any additional licence fees for these functionalities (e.g. H5P).
