eTeachers’ Room

The eTeachers’ Room is a secure online intranet for school staff, developed in partnership with a hundred Finnish schools. It supports all essential internal communication needs, including announcements, meeting invites, memos, feedback forms, event calendars, and training resources.

Content updates are simple and accessible from any device, allowing teachers to use smartphones, tablets, or computers to stay informed. The platform is fully responsive, ensuring clear display across all devices.

The SaaS service meets the highest security and accessibility requirements and login to the system is done with the organisation’s credentials.

The service package includes the following modules:

  • bulletin board
  • event calendar (unlimited categories)
  • booking calendar (unlimited rooms)
  • form editor (for feedback, registrations, polls, and error reports)
  • news and article module
  • unlimited web pages
  • customisable navigation
  • system training (OnEdu online course)
  • support and maintenance (chat/video, weekdays 8.30 am – 4 pm)
  • server monitoring

The eTeachers’ Room can be purchased as a standalone service or integrated with other OnEdu services.
